About Us

The mission of the Southtowns Youth Orchestra is to provide an orchestral experience for talented young musicians who live in the Southtowns area of Western New York.

The orchestra rehearses every Wednesday evening from 7 - 9 PM in Orchard Park under the baton of Mrs. Emily Gervase, and presents two to three concerts during the season (September-April).

The Southtowns Youth Orchestra strongly encourages all musicians to participate in their school music organizations, for without this initial preparation and support, we could not attain our high standards.
